Details of the Job/Internship

Commvault is hiring a Senior Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join its Global Employment Law team in a Remote capacity.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide in-house legal advice on a broad range of employment matters, including grievances, benefits, and exits.
• Conduct multi-jurisdictional research to prepare concise legal summaries and recommendations for different regions.
• Monitor global labor law developments and proactively inform the team of potential business impacts.
• Draft, review, and maintain employment agreements and templates to ensure global consistency.
• Lead and manage employment-related compliance projects and policy updates from inception to completion.
• Assist in handling employment disputes and claims while coordinating with external counsel.
• Build strong relationships with global HR teams and stakeholders to provide consistent legal support.
• Drive efficiencies within the Global Employment Law function by promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.

Eligibility

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
• 3–5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Strong background in employment and labor law (either in-house or with a law firm).
• Prior exposure to multi-jurisdictional or global employment matters is strongly preferred.
• Excellent research and drafting skills with the ability to produce original legal analysis.
• High degree of self-motivation and the ability to take ownership of complex legal matters.
• Commitment to acting as a trusted, business-focused legal partner.
