Details of the Job/Internship

RB Lawcorp is hiring for the position of Senior Associate (GST) with 5+ years of experience to join their office in Noida. 

• Number of Positions: 2

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling GST litigation matters exclusively.
• Managing client relationships and drafting replies to notices, appeals, and writ petitions under GST law.
• Leading a team of 2-4 associates and overseeing case management.
• Traveling across India for client litigation before various forums (departmental authorities, Tribunals, High Courts).
• Flexibility to work on weekends when required for urgent matters.
• Coordinating and communicating with in-house and outsourced attorneys.
• Preparing briefs for Senior Advocates and assisting clients in departmental proceedings, including enquiries, investigations, searches, and audits.
• Managing multiple clients and assuming independent responsibility, particularly for smaller clients.
• Building strong relationships with client legal, tax, and finance teams.
• Identifying new opportunities for existing clients and communicating them to senior leadership.
• Keeping up to date with the latest developments in GST law.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot tables, reconciliation).

Eligibility

• Law graduates from reputed institutions such as NLU, DU, Symbiosis, GLC, NMIMS, or other equivalent and recognized colleges.
• Qualification: LLB (Preference for candidates with CA/CS/CMA/MBA Finance).
• Experience: 5+ years in GST.
