Details of the Job/Internship

RB Lawcorp Pvt Ltd is hiring a Senior Associate (GST) with 5–8 years of experience to join their office in Sector 18, Noida. The role involves handling GST litigation matters exclusively, including managing client relationships, drafting replies to notices, preparing appeals and writ petitions, and coordinating with in-house and external stakeholders, along with team management responsibilities.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle GST litigation matters including drafting replies to notices, appeals, and writ petitions.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with in-house and outsourced attorneys.
• Lead and manage a team of 2–4 associates.
• Represent clients across forums including departmental authorities, tribunals, and High Courts, with travel as required.
• Prepare briefs for Senior Advocates.
• Assist clients during enquiries, investigations, searches, and audits.
• Handle multiple clients independently, especially smaller clients.
• Develop rapport with client legal, tax, and finance teams.
• Identify new opportunities for existing clients and communicate with seniors.
• Network internally to understand client-related issues.
• Stay updated with developments in GST law.

Eligibility

• LL.B. with preference for candidates having CA, CS, CMA, or MBA (Finance).
• 5–8 years of experience in GST litigation.
• Strong academic background from reputed law colleges such as NLU, DU, Symbiosis, GLC, NMIMS, or equivalent recognised institutions.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented approach.
• Basic to advanced knowledge of Excel including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, and reconciliation.
