Details of the Job/Internship

RB Lawcorp is hiring a Senior Associate – GST Litigation with 5 to 8 years of experience to join their office in Sector 18, Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle GST litigation matters exclusively.
• Draft replies to notices and prepare appeals and writ petitions under GST law.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with in-house and outsourced attorneys.
• Supervise a team of 2–4 associates.
• Travel across India for client litigation before departmental authorities, tribunals, and High Courts.
• Prepare briefs for senior advocates.
• Assist clients in responding to authorities during enquiries, investigations, searches, and audits.
• Manage multiple client assignments and independently handle smaller clients.
• Build rapport with client legal, tax, and finance teams.
• Identify opportunities for additional work with existing clients and communicate with senior team members.
• Network internally within the firm to understand client issues and potential impacts.
• Stay updated on developments in GST law.
• Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, and reconciliation for analysis.
• Be available to work on weekends when urgent work arises.

Eligibility

LLB with 5 to 8 years of experience in GST litigation. Preference will be given to candidates with CA, CS, CMA, or MBA (Finance). Candidates should have a strong academic background from reputed law colleges such as NLU, DU, Symbiosis, GLC, NMIMS, or other recognized institutions.

Salary/Stipend
