Details of the Job/Internship
RB Lawcorp Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Senior Associates (IBC Matters) with 2-5 years of experience to join their office in Sector 18, Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in verification of claims submitted by financial creditors, operational creditors, and workmen/employees.
- Assist in constitution and convening of Stakeholders Consultation Committee (SCC) meetings, including drafting related documents.
- Prepare reports and documents including Asset Memorandum, Preliminary & Progress Reports, List of Stakeholders, Sale Notices, and E-Auction documents.
- Assist in developing and executing resolution strategies under IBC regulations and NCLT procedures.
- Participate in CoC and SCC meetings, including preparation of notices, agendas, and minutes.
- Draft and file applications, replies, and pleadings before the NCLT and other forums.
Eligibility
- LLB / LLM / BBA LLB / BA LLB.
- 2-5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong understanding of IBC laws and regulations.
- Excellent legal drafting and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of NCLT processes and IBBI compliance.
- Prior experience in CIRP and liquidation matters preferred.
