RBLaw Corp is hiring a Senior Associate with 4–8 years of experience to lead the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) practice while contributing to business development.
Role and Responsibilities
- Independently handle matters under IBC, including CIRP, liquidation, restructuring, and recovery.
- Represent clients before NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts, and other judicial forums.
- Draft petitions, replies, and applications with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Advise corporates, financial institutions, and insolvency professionals on IBC compliance and strategy.
- Utilize professional networks to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Represent the firm at industry conferences and professional forums.
- Supervise and mentor junior associates in IBC and related practice areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide integrated legal solutions.
Eligibility
- LLB/LLM from a reputed law school; additional qualifications like CS/CA/CMA are a plus.
- 4–8 years of experience in IBC litigation and advisory.
- Proven ability to handle complex insolvency matters and high-value disputes.
- Experience in client acquisition and business development.
- Strong drafting, research, advocacy, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Business-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal abilities.
