Details of the Job/Internship
RB Lawcorp is hiring a Senior Associate – IBC & Arbitration with 4–8 years of experience to join its office in Sector 18, Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Independently handle IBC matters including CIRP, liquidation, restructuring, and recovery.
- Represent clients before NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts, and other forums.
- Draft petitions, replies, and applications with precision.
- Advise corporates, financial institutions, and insolvency professionals on IBC compliance and strategy.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through professional networks.
- Represent the firm at conferences, seminars, and industry forums.
- Collaborate with management on service expansion strategies.
- Supervise and mentor junior associates.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated legal solutions.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of legal services.
Eligibility
- LL.B./LL.M./BA LL.B./BBA LL.B. from a reputed law school.
- 4–8 years of experience in IBC litigation and advisory.
- Strong experience in handling complex insolvency matters and disputes.
- Demonstrated ability in client acquisition and business development.
- Excellent drafting, research, advocacy, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
- Additional qualifications such as CS/CA/CMA are an advantage.
