Details of the Job/Internship

Khaitan & Co. is hiring a Senior Associate for Indirect Tax with experience of 3 to 5 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Eligibility

• Knowledge of all IDT laws with proven experience in at least one stream (GST / Customs / Trade Remedies / Foreign Trade Policy/ State Excise / Service tax / Central Excise).
• Knowledge of regulatory laws such as legal metrology, food laws, drugs and cosmetics, motor vehicle laws, etc.
• Experience in IDT litigation would be preferable.
• Experience in policy advocacy or policy matters would be preferable.

Salary/Stipend
