Details of the Job/Internship

Vaish Associates Advocates is hiring a Senior Associate – Indirect Tax to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting legal opinions on GST and Customs issues.
• Assisting in due diligence assignments and GST compliances.
• Drafting responses to show cause notices, audit, departmental enquiries, and investigations.
• Drafting appeals before the Appellate Authority.

Eligibility

• Law graduate from a reputed law school with a strong academic track record.
• Chartered Accountant. 3+ years of post-qualification experience in Indirect Tax preferred.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Proactive, reliable, and attentive to detail.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
