Vaish Associates Advocates is hiring a Senior Associate – Indirect Tax with 3+ years of post-qualification experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting legal opinions on GST/Customs issues.
- Assisting in due diligence assignments.
- Drafting responses to show cause notices, audits, departmental enquiries, and investigations.
- Drafting appeals before the Appellate Authority.
Eligibility
- Law graduate from a reputed law school with a strong academic track record and/or a Chartered Accountant.
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in Indirect Tax preferred.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.
