Details of the Job/Internship

White & Brief – Advocates and Solicitors is hiring a Senior Associate – Indirect Tax with 4–6 years of experience to join its Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead legal research and analysis on GST, indirect tax, and customs matters.
• Draft legal opinions, submissions, and litigation documents independently.
• Interpret and apply case laws and regulatory developments.
• Handle advisory and litigation matters with minimal supervision.
• Mentor junior team members and support internal knowledge development.
• Assist in business development initiatives related to the practice area.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer or Chartered Accountant.
• 4–6 years of experience in indirect tax and customs advisory and litigation.
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage matters independently.
• Good understanding of GST and customs laws.

Salary/Stipend
