Details of the Job/Internship

Sachin Mahendra & Associates is hiring a Senior Associate – Intellectual Property Rights Division with 3 years of experience to join their office in Noida or Defence Colony, South Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• IP litigation before High Court.
• Application drafting and filing.
• Research and analysis.
• Client advisory and strategic support.
• Responding to IP office queries.
• Drafting review petitions.
• File and email management.
• Patent and prior art searches.
• PCT filing and hearing attendance.
• Drafting and filing pre- and post-grant oppositions.

Eligibility

• LL.B (3-year or 5-year course).
• LL.M or Diploma/Certificate in IPR is an advantage.
• 3 years of PQE in IPR or 1–2 years for MTech/B.Tech/M.Sc. holders.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
