Details of the Job/Internship

United & United is hiring a Senior Associate-IPR Litigation with experience of with experience of 3 to 4 years to join  their office in New Delhi.

 Your mission

• Be a team player!
• Ability to make effective submissions in courts and tribunals, Drafting Litigation documents;
• Work independently, effectively prioritize, and manage your time.
• Must be comfortable with repetitive tasks;
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and well-coordinated within the team;
• Communicate effectively with internal leadership to identify challenges and propose solutions and areas for improvement.

Role and Responsibilities

• The role involves handling day-to-day tasks such as legal research, drafting, representing clients in courts, managing client portfolios etc.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law is a must;
• At least 3-4 year of experience as a practicing lawyer in IP Litigation;
• Detailed knowledge and understanding of IP laws;
• Working knowledge and understanding of High Court and District Courts.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
