Details of the Job/Internship

United & United is hiring a Senior Associate - IPR Litigation to join them in New Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Be a team player!
• Ability to make effective submissions in courts and tribunals, Drafting Litigation documents.
• Work independently, effectively prioritize and manage your time.
• Must be comfortable with repetitive tasks.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and well-coordinated with in the team.
• Communicate effectively with internal leadership to identify challenges and propose solutions and areas for improvement.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law is a must.
• At least 3-4 year of experience as a practicing lawyer in IP Litigation.
• Detailed knowledge and understanding of IP laws.
• Working knowledge and understanding of High Court and District Courts.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
