Details of the Job/Internship

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India is looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join their Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) team in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle litigation and dispute resolution related to IP matters.
• Advise clients on IP strategy, prosecution, enforcement, and compliance.
• Draft and review agreements, licensing contracts, and other IP-related documents.
• Conduct IP due diligence and risk assessments.
• Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and regulatory bodies.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in IP laws and industry trends.

Eligibility

• Experience: 4–6 years of experience in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
• Educational Qualification: LL.B. from a recognized university in India.
• Strong knowledge of Indian and international IP laws, including trademarks, copyrights, patents, and trade secrets.
