Maheshwari & Co. is hiring a Senior Associate with 6+ years of experience to join their IPR Team in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal opinions.
- Communicate with clients, understand their needs, and provide timely updates and solutions.
- Advise clients on IP strategy, trademarks, copyrights, patents, and designs.
- Draft, file, and prosecute IP applications before the relevant authorities.
- Handle IP litigation, oppositions, and enforcement actions.
- Conduct IP audits, searches, and due diligence.
- Liaise with domestic and international clients and IP offices.
- Supervise junior associates and contribute to knowledge development.
Eligibility
- Law graduates (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
- LL.M. with specialization in IP preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in an IP-focused legal role.
- Strong knowledge of Indian and international IP laws.
- Experience in IP litigation and prosecution.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
