Details of the Job/Internship
BCP Associates is hiring for the position of Senior Associate Labour Law Advisory with 4-5 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide advisory services on complex labour and employment law matters to clients across industries.
- Conduct labour law audits and assess organizational compliance with applicable regulations.
- Draft, review, and update legal documents, employment agreements, internal policies, and legal opinions.
- Research and analyze the latest regulatory developments in labour laws, ensuring clients remain compliant.
- Design and deliver training sessions on topics such as employment law updates and POSH compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support legal strategies and client deliverables.
- Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for clients' HR and legal teams.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LL.B/LL.M) from a recognized institution.
- 4–5 years of post-qualification experience in Labour & Employment Law or related legal advisory roles.
- Strong command over employment-related statutes, rules, and case law.
- Demonstrated ability in legal drafting, opinion writing, and contract formulation.
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience delivering training sessions or client workshops is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative legal team.
- Prior experience in a labour law consulting firm or in-house employment law team is an advantage.
