Bizprout Corporate Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring a Senior Associate – Labour Law Compliance with 3–4 years of experience to join its office in Bengaluru. The role involves managing end-to-end statutory labour law compliances across PAN India, coordinating statutory filings and inspections, and ensuring timely compliance and audit readiness.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling labour law compliances, including PF, ESIC, and PT.
• Managing contract labour compliances and audits.
• Coordinating statutory filings, inspections, and documentation.
• Ensuring timely compliance and audit readiness.

Eligibility

• MSW or any graduate degree.
• 3–4 years of experience in labour law compliance.
• Practical experience in statutory audits.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Salary/Stipend
