Details of the Job/Internship

Bizprout Expert Systems is hiring a Senior Associate – Labour Law Compliance with 3–4 years of experience to join its Bangalore office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle labour law compliances, including PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax.
• Manage contract labour compliances and related audits.
• Coordinate statutory filings, inspections, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure timely compliance and audit readiness across operations.
• Take ownership of end-to-end labour law compliance processes.

Eligibility

• MSW or any graduate degree.
• 3–4 years of practical experience in labour law compliance and statutory audits.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Hands-on experience in managing PAN-India compliance requirements.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
