Bizprout Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Senior Associate – Labour Law Compliance with 3–4 years of experience to join their Bengaluru office. The role involves managing end-to-end labour law and statutory compliances across India for service provider clients, including audits, filings, and inspections.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling labour law compliances including PF, ESIC, and professional tax.
• Managing contract labour compliances and audits.
• Coordinating statutory filings, inspections, and documentation.
• Ensuring timely compliance and audit readiness across PAN India.

Eligibility

• MSW or any graduate degree.
• 3–4 years of experience in labour law compliance.
• Practical experience in statutory compliances and audits.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
