Details of the Job/Internship
Bizprout Expert Systems Private Limited is hiring a Senior Associate – Labour Law Compliance with 3–4 years of experience to join its Bengaluru office. The role involves managing end-to-end statutory labour law compliances on a PAN India basis. The position requires hands-on experience in labour law compliance, contract labour compliances, statutory audits, inspections, and documentation, with a strong focus on audit readiness and timely compliance.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handling labour law compliances including PF, ESIC, and professional tax.
- Managing contract labour compliances and audits.
- Coordinating statutory filings, inspections, and related documentation.
- Ensuring timely compliance and maintaining audit readiness across locations.
Eligibility
- MSW or any graduate degree.
- 3–4 years of practical experience in labour law compliance and statutory audits.
- Proven experience in contract labour compliance and vendor audits.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- This role is not suitable for freshers or candidates without direct experience in contract labour compliance and vendor audits.
