Bizprout Expert Systems Private Limited is hiring a Senior Associate – Labour Law Compliance with 3–4 years of experience to join their office in Bangalore.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle labour law compliances including PF, ESIC, and PT.
- Manage contract labour compliances and statutory audits.
- Coordinate statutory filings, inspections, and related documentation.
- Ensure timely compliance and audit readiness across locations.
Eligibility
- MSW or any graduate degree.
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in labour law compliance and statutory audits.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
