Details of the Job/Internship

EOS Chambers of Law is hiring a Senior Associate Lawyer with 8+ years of experience to join their office in Delhi, India.

Role and Responsibilities

• Representing clients before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, and tribunals.
• Drafting and finalising petitions, appeals, writs, counter affidavits, and legal opinions.
• Conducting in-depth legal research on constitutional and commercial issues.
• Strategising litigation matters and coordinating with associates and external counsels.
• Attending hearings, conferences, and client meetings independently.
• Maintaining case progress reports and managing documentation.
• Providing proactive legal advice and contributing to knowledge sharing.

Eligibility

• LL.B. qualification is mandatory.
• LL.M. is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of post-qualification litigation experience.
• Experience appearing before the Supreme Court and High Courts.
• Strong drafting, analytical, communication, and client-handling skills.

Salary/Stipend
