Details of the Job/Internship

Constellation Blu is hiring for the position of Senior Associate Lawyer with 3-6 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on M&A, Private Equity, and Venture Capital transactions.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents (e.g., Shareholders’ Agreements, Share Subscription Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements).
• Provide legal and strategic counsel to early- and growth-stage startups.
• Liaise directly with founders, investors, and key stakeholders.

Eligibility

• 3–6 years of experience in PE/VC or corporate transactions.
• Strong knowledge of Company Law, FDI regulations, and investment documentation.
• A strategic thinker with the ambition to evolve into a leadership role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Passionate about startups, innovation, and the business side of law.

Salary/Stipend
