Details of the Job/Internship

EOS Chambers is Senior Associate Lawyer with 7-10 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil, commercial, and corporate litigation before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and tribunals.
• Handle arbitration and dispute resolution matters.
• Draft and review petitions, written submissions, legal documents, and commercial agreements.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic advisory support.
• Work with senior counsels on case preparation and briefing.

Eligibility

• LLB from a recognised university.
• 7–10 years of experience in litigation and/or corporate law.
• Strong understanding of legal procedures, statutes, and precedents.
• Proven abilities in research, drafting, and oral advocacy.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments professionally.
• Ethical, disciplined, and committed to continuous learning.

Salary/Stipend
