Details of the Job/Internship

EOS Chambers of Law is hiring a Senior Associate Lawyer with 7–8 years of post-qualification experience in Supreme Court and High Court litigation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, and other tribunals.
• Draft, review, and finalize petitions, appeals, writs, counter affidavits, and legal opinions.
• Conduct in-depth legal research on complex constitutional and commercial issues.
• Strategize litigation plans and coordinate with junior associates and external counsels.
• Attend hearings, conferences, and client meetings independently.
• Maintain case progress reports and manage documentation efficiently.
• Provide proactive legal advice and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Eligibility

• LL.B. mandatory; LL.M. preferred.
• 7–8 years of post-qualification litigation experience.
• Proven track record of appearances in the Supreme Court and High Courts.
• Strong legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle complex matters independently under deadlines.
• Good client-handling and team management abilities.

Salary/Stipend
