Details of the Job/Internship

EOS Chambers of Law is hiring a Senior Associate Lawyer with 8+ years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, and tribunals.
• Draft, review, and finalise petitions, appeals, writs, counter affidavits, and legal opinions.
• Conduct in-depth legal research on constitutional and commercial issues.
• Develop litigation strategies and coordinate with junior associates and external counsels.
• Attend hearings, conferences, and client meetings independently.
• Maintain case progress reports and manage documentation.
• Provide proactive legal advice and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Eligibility

• LL.B. (mandatory); LL.M. preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in litigation.
• Proven experience appearing before the Supreme Court and High Courts.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle complex matters independently and work.

Salary/Stipend
