Details of the Job/Internship

PNAM & Co. LLP is hiring a Senior Associate Lawyer to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Senior Associate Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients in court, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and managing cases specifically in terms of The Companies Act, 2013 and the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
• The role will involve working closely with clients to address their legal needs and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Eligibility

• Legal research, drafting legal documents, and case management skills.
• Experience in providing legal advice and representing clients in court.
• Knowledge of Indian laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Experience in the field of taxation, corporate law, or advisory services is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and valid license to practice law in India.
