Details of the Job/Internship
RDB Group is hiring a Senior Associate Lawyer with experience of 3+ years to join their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end legal functions related to real estate and property.
- Manage civil and commercial litigation.
- Provide RERA advisory and ensure compliance.
- Draft and execute Sale Deeds and Agreements.
- Conduct title due diligence and provide legal opinions.
- Oversee property registration and compliance with stamp duty laws.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel.
- Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.
- Manage dispute resolution and risk mitigation.
Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years of experience in legal functions within the real estate and property domain.
- Proficiency in litigation management, RERA compliance, property registration, and title verification.
- Experience in drafting and vetting Sale Deeds and Agreements.
