Role and Responsibilities

• Civil & Commercial Litigation.
• RERA Advisory & Compliance.
• Drafting & Execution of Sale Deeds and Agreements.
• Title Verification & Legal Opinions.
• Property Registration & Stamp Duty Laws.
• Coordination with External Legal Counsel.
• Regulatory & Contractual Compliance.
• Dispute Resolution & Risk Management.
