They address issues such as harassing calls, home visits, public shaming, loan recalls, arbitration notices, and online arbitration proceedings.
Details of the Job/Internship
Resolve360 is hiring for the position of Senior Associate Lawyer with 3-5 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft replies, legal notices, and settlement communications for banking and loan-related disputes.
- Manage arbitration proceedings, including drafting written statements, objections, and related filings.
- Represent clients in both in-person and online arbitration hearings.
- Handle cheque bounce cases under the Negotiable Instruments Act.
- Advise clients on borrower rights, banking disputes, and legal remedies.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support clients facing harassment from banks or recovery agents.
Eligibility
- LLB from a recognised institution; enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- 3–5 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal team handling arbitration and banking disputes.
- Strong legal drafting and research skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Negotiable Instruments Act and cheque bounce litigation.
- Practical experience in arbitration proceedings, including written submissions and objections.
- Familiarity with loan default cases, borrower harassment, and related legal frameworks.
- Prior experience in banking disputes will be a strong advantage.
