Details of the Job/Internship

RISHABH GANDHI AND ADVOCATES is hiring for the position of Senior Associate Lawyer with 7+ years of experience to join their office in Pune. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review Plaints, Written Statements, Interim Applications, Replies, Statements of Claim/Defence, Counterclaims, etc.
• Prepare and vet settlement agreements, consent terms, legal notices, replies, and demand notices.
• Provide strategic legal opinions, manage case preparation, and conduct client meetings.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor Associates, Junior Associates, Trainees, and Paralegals.
• Represent clients before Trial Courts, the Bombay High Court, Arbitral Tribunals, NCLT, and other quasi-judicial authorities.

Eligibility

• Law graduate with a valid license to practice in India.
• Strong command over procedural and substantive legal principles.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to apply laws to facts with precision.
• Proactive, disciplined, and committed to delivering results.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Salary/Stipend

₹40,000 to ₹75,000 per month
