Infosys is hiring for the position of Senior Associate Legal Counsel / Legal Counsel (Ethics & Compliance - ABAC) with 2-8 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Compliance & ABAC Program Management
• Drive implementation of compliance and legal risk control frameworks, specifically ABAC-related initiatives.
• Conduct periodic ABAC checks, define and implement system-level controls, and oversee continuous improvement of the program.
• Perform inter-departmental compliance reviews in line with relevant ABAC legislation and organizational policies.
• Ensure effective implementation and monitoring of compliance frameworks through GRC tools.
• GRC Implementation & Risk Assessment
• Lead and support GRC tool implementation and configuration to meet compliance requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments across departments and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with business functions to ensure effective compliance risk mitigation.
• Reporting & Communication
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise status reports and presentations to leadership and senior stakeholders.
• Utilize tools like MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to build insightful dashboards and documentation.
• Maintain high-quality records of compliance activity and controls testing.

Eligibility

• Experience: 2 to 8 years of relevant experience
• Qualification:
• Graduate/Post-Graduate in Law OR
• Qualified Chartered Accountant / Company Secretary.
