Infosys is hiring for the position of Senior Associate Legal Counsel - Whistleblower with 2-4 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Whistleblower Program Management:
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Whistleblower Program, including handling reports received through hotlines, emails, and online platforms.
- Conduct initial assessments to determine the investigation strategy for reported issues.
- Ensure the confidentiality and anonymity of whistleblowers throughout the investigation process.
- Provide regular updates and status reports on ongoing investigations to senior management.
2. Ethics Investigations:
- Plan and execute ethics investigations, including evidence collection, witness interviews, and data analysis.
- Document investigation findings, prepare comprehensive reports, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external investigators to ensure objective and unbiased investigations.
- Follow up on corrective actions and track the implementation of recommendations.
3. Policy Management and Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Whistleblower Policy, ensuring alignment with relevant laws and regulations.
- Identify areas for improvement in whistleblower processes and recommend best practices.
4. Training and Awareness:
- Conduct training sessions and awareness campaigns to promote the Whistleblower Policy and reinforce ethical behavior across the organization.
- Develop educational materials and communication strategies to foster a culture of transparency and integrity.
5. Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in whistleblower program management.
- Implement process enhancements to improve investigation efficiency and reporting mechanisms.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Compliance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in corporate investigations, ethics, or compliance roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and stakeholder communication.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple investigations simultaneously.
- Experience in conflict resolution and negotiation is a plus.
Salary/Stipend
