Infosys is hiring a Senior Associate Legal Counsel to join their legal and compliance team in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing compliance programs including drafting of policies and processes, defining and implementing system controls, and monitoring the program for continual improvements.
- Conducting or overseeing compliance training and education, including formal sessions and informal one-on-one instructions, and internal compliance-related mailers.
- Performing intra-departmental interviews with key stakeholders involved in high-risk processes to verify compliance with established processes and applicable legislation.
- Proposing and monitoring risk mitigation plans identified during process reviews.
- Implementing and managing subsidiary compliance programs.
- Advising internal stakeholders on applicable regulatory mandates.
- Supporting the development of tone and culture of the organization in line with CIP requirements.
- Drafting policies and administering the Code of Conduct and Ethics.
Eligibility
- Report development experience and policy and procedure development experience in a multinational corporation.
- Experience in public speaking and presentation.
- Independent project management.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Innovative approach.
- Ability to handle change and management.
