Details of the Job/Internship

Infosys is hiring a Senior Associate Legal Counsel with 2–4 years of experience to join their Whistleblower team in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Whistleblower program, including handling reports via hotline, email, and online platforms.
• Conduct initial assessments of reported issues and determine investigation strategy.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for information gathering and engage with external investigators when required.
• Maintain confidentiality while communicating with whistleblowers.
• Provide regular updates and status reports on open investigations.
• Plan and coordinate ethics investigations, gather evidence, and interview witnesses.
• Conduct unbiased investigations and prepare detailed reports of findings.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and ensure corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain the Whistleblower policy in line with relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct training and awareness sessions on ethical conduct and whistleblower policies.
• Stay updated on best practices in whistleblower program management.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in corporate investigations.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Salary/Stipend
