Details of the Job/Internship
Infosys is hiring for the position of Senior Associate Legal Counsel with 2-6 years of experience to join their offices in Bengaluru and Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in safeguarding the company’s legal interests and ensuring its operations remain compliant with legal requirements.
- Analyze legal issues and commercial risks, providing clear, actionable recommendations to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
- Draft and review commercial agreements, including Vendor Service Agreements, License or SaaS Agreements, Alliance Agreements, and other contracts relevant to procuring services and products for an IT service provider.
- Review and assist in preparing proposals, and provide support in responding to tenders and RFPs.
- Participate in negotiations with customers and vendors, ensuring compliance with internal contracting and risk mitigation standards.
- Provide legal advisory services on general corporate compliance matters.
- Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations affecting the company’s business and policies, providing legal advice to senior executives and key stakeholders.
Eligibility
- BA (LLB) or Master’s in Law from a reputed law school.
- 2-6 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in the IT industry.
