Details of the Job/Internship

Infosys is hiring for the position of Senior Associate Legal Counsel (Legal Contract Management) with 2 years of experience to join their offices in Bengaluru and Pune. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and structure a wide variety of commercial contracts, including:
  • Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
  • Teaming Agreements
  • Vendor Agreements
  • Business Alliance Partner Agreements
  • Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
  • Letters of Engagement (LoEs)
  • Statements of Work (SoWs)
  • Data Transfer Agreements (DTAs)
• Advise delivery and business teams on deal structuring, commercial strategy, and legal risk mitigation.
• Prepare dashboards, compliance matrices, and summary reports for complex transactions.
• Track contract renewals, obligations, and provide audit support.
• Identify legal and commercial risks and present mitigation strategies.
• Support in resolving client disputes and day-to-day legal advisory in coordination with internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Delivery, etc.).
• Assist senior legal team members in analyzing legal trends, compliance requirements, and evolving regulatory frameworks.
• Contribute to organization-wide legal initiatives and policy improvements.

Eligibility

Legal Skills:

• Sound knowledge of commercial, contractual, and data protection laws.
• Strong interpretation, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.

Communication & Collaboration:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.

Soft Skills:

• Highly organized, with the ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong judgment and the ability to make logical decisions under pressure.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced, multicultural team environment.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years (post-qualification).
• Qualification: Full-time Law Degree from a recognized university.

Salary/Stipend
