Details of the Job/Internship

Infosys BPM is hiring Senior Associate Legal Counsel to join their office in Bengaluru.

Eligibility

• Experience working with IT contracts and knowledge of legal framework for IT & ITES, exposure to procurement contracts, subcontract, M&A would be an added advantage. Review and interpret contract provisions critically.
• Possess a complete understanding of industry specific risks associated with clauses. Sound knowledge of commercial contracting, other principles underlying the law of contracts across geographies and industries, global standards, and best practices.
• Understanding of corporate legal requirements including but not limited to the Information security, compliance of IP, Data privacy, and others; facilitate and conducts legal research, if needed.
• Should have excellent written and oral English communication skills  Exceptional communication (to both internal and external stakeholders), collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Should be proficient with Industry standard CLM platforms and Artificial intelligence/automation exposure (preferable), working knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office.
• Should be able to create standard operating procedures, workflows and training material.

Salary/Stipend
