Details of the Job/Internship
Sonia and Partners is hiring a Sr. Associate Legal Counsel with experience of at least 3 years to join their office in Bengaluru. The role involves providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, drafting contracts, negotiating agreements, handling client matters, conducting legal research, and collaborating with the team to achieve effective outcomes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and address client legal issues.
- Prepare legal documents and draft contracts.
- Negotiate agreements.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a recognized institution and membership with the Bar Council.
- Proficiency in providing legal advice and resolving legal issues.
- Strong expertise in law and contract negotiation.
- Experience in legal document preparation and understanding complex legal frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Prior experience in criminal defense, family law, or civil law is an advantage.
