Details of the Job/Internship
Lenovo is hiring a Sr. Associate, Legal – Global Contracts Team with a minimum of 6 years of experience to join its Bangalore office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements in English.
- Manage contracts for sales, purchase, subcontracting, licensing, reseller, and channel arrangements.
- Support bids and RFPs in both private and public procurement.
- Provide risk assessment and legal advice to internal business teams.
- Collaborate with global legal teams, sales, marketing, and product departments.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure alignment with Lenovo’s business objectives.
- Communicate complex legal issues in a clear and practical manner.
Eligibility
- LLB/JD degree with active admission to practice law.
- Minimum 6 years of legal experience, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
- Exposure to international business and public procurement preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset with client-focused approach.
