Details of the Job/Internship

Bright Money is hiring a Senior Associate – Legal Operations in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the legal or financial industry.

Role and Responsibilities

• Due Diligence: Conduct in-depth reviews to ensure regulatory compliance and support risk assessment.
• State Licensing: Oversee and manage licensing processes across multiple jurisdictions to maintain legal operations.
• Legal Compliance: Develop and implement compliance policies, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and company policies.
• Contract & Agreement Review: Draft, review, and negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and other legal contracts to align with company objectives.
• Legal Research: Perform legal research on various topics to provide strategic recommendations and support decision-making.

Eligibility

• LLB graduate from a recognized law school.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in legal/compliance roles, preferably in financial or corporate law.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, compliance regulations, and licensing procedures.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
