Details of the Job/Internship
Razorpay is hiring a Senior Associate – Legal with 4–5 years of post-qualification experience to join their Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle general corporate, product advisory, and end-to-end contract negotiations including IT contracts.
- Conduct legal research and analysis, especially in Employment, Fintech, Digital Lending, and IP laws.
- Coordinate independently with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor legal expenses and maintain MIS trackers.
- Support regulatory and product development initiatives.
- Ensure accurate drafting and strong communication in English.
- Collaborate on a wide range of legal and compliance tasks.
- Use MS Office and other tools proficiently.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a reputed law school.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in a law firm, fintech, bank, or MNC.
- Strong drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, responsible, punctual, and capable of end-to-end accountability.
