Details of the Job/Internship
Axtria is hiring a Senior Associate Legal with 3–6 years of experience to join their Noida office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, NDAs, and vendor contracts.
- Compliance & External Relations: Interact with external law firms, government departments, and regulatory agencies.
- Litigation & Notices: Independently manage litigation matters and the responses to legal notices.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential legal hurdles in business transactions and propose mitigation plans.
- Research: Stay updated on global and local legal developments, including data protection laws.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure legal alignment across the board.
Eligibility
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B).
- Experience: 3–6 years in a corporate in-house legal department or a reputable law firm.
- Preferred Qualification: Additional certifications or specialized knowledge in Data Privacy and Protection laws (e.g., GDPR, DPDPA).
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in AI tools for legal research and documentation is a key requirement.
