Details of the Job/Internship

CoinSwitch is hiring a Senior Associate – Legal (contractual role) with 3 years of experience for their Bengaluru office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on crypto and financial products.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements (staking, custody, broking, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Monitor legislative changes and coordinate with external legal advisors.
• Prepare clear and legally compliant terms and conditions for public product rollouts.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in crypto or financial services legal roles.
• Familiarity with payment laws, FEMA, and gaming laws is preferred.
• Experience with international agreements and regulatory frameworks is an advantage.
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
