Karbon Business is hiring a Sr. Legal Associate with experience of 2–4 years to join their team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, particularly SaaS and technology contracts.
- Identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks across operations.
- Manage company secretarial matters and ensure statutory compliance.
- Work with product, growth, and finance teams for compliant execution.
- Support contract lifecycle management processes.
- Engage with senior leadership on strategic legal decisions.
- Contribute to building scalable legal frameworks.
Eligibility
- 2–4 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong experience in commercial contract drafting and review.
- Exposure to company secretarial matters and regulatory compliance.
- Experience working with senior leadership.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice.
- Exposure to CLM tools (preferred).
- Experience in tech, SaaS, or fintech companies (preferred).
- Experience in agile legal teams (preferred).
