Northern Arc Capital is hiring for the position of Senior Associate - Legal to join their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Documentation, review, and negotiation.
- Debt capital market transactions.
- Loans and guarantees.
- Structured finance transactions.
- Service contracts.
- Fund documentation.
Eligibility
- Candidates with 3 to 7 years’ experience at banks, large financial institutions and law firms are preferred.
- Be familiar with the Regulations of RBI and SEBI.
- Provide high quality, efficient, legal advice and assistance.
- Play a pro-active role and focus on managing.
- Transaction documentation from inception through to settlement.
- Ooperate autonomously.
- Have business acumen with good negotiation, drafting and communication skills.
- Handle transactions of the group companies (both assets side and liabilities side).
- Assist and communicate with other internal functions within the group companies.
- Interface with external clients and peers.
