Details of the Job/Internship

Pixis is hiring a Senior Legal Associate with 4+ years of experience in technology laws and commercial contracts to join their legal team.

Role and Responsibilities

Draft, negotiate, and close SAAS agreements and general commercial contracts.
Conduct legal research on technology laws, AI, and product-related matters.
Collaborate with R&D, product, and data privacy teams on new products.
Partner with business teams to provide proactive and solution-oriented legal advice.
Understand commercial aspects of the business and communicate effectively.
Independently drive and close legal projects.
Delegate and manage the legal team efficiently.
Adapt to legal requirements across various jurisdictions.

Eligibility

4+ years of experience in a commercial legal role.
Prior experience as a Legal Associate or similar role in finance or corporate legal departments.
Strong knowledge of technology laws, commercial contracts, and SAAS agreements.
Experience in team building and management.
Excellent communication and commercial awareness skills.
