Details of the Job/Internship
Re:Sources is hiring a Legal Counsel with 5–8 years of experience to support its legal operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate various contracts and legal documents.
- Work with Indian laws and specific foreign laws applicable to India.
- Manage corporate litigation matters and coordinate with external attorneys.
- Conduct company real estate due diligence.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, legal research capability and attention to detail.
- Draft structured emails, advisories and internal communications.
- Prioritise tasks and meet multiple deadlines efficiently.
- Handle services, confidentiality, lease and license, cloud services, technology product agreements, SAAS, API, EULA and related contracts.
- Review and negotiate contracts to safeguard legal interests while supporting business objectives.
- Analyse risks and complex legal issues and advise internal stakeholders accordingly.
- Conduct research on legal topics as required.
Eligibility
- Law graduate from a reputed university with 5–8 years of relevant in-house experience.
- Experience in LPO or civil/criminal litigation practice will not be considered.
