Publicis Re:Sources is hiring a Legal Counsel with 3–5 years of experience to join their legal team. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts, managing corporate legal and litigation matters, conducting real estate due diligence, and ensuring compliance with Indian and applicable foreign laws.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate diverse contracts and legal documents.
• Manage corporate litigation matters and coordinate with external attorneys.
• Conduct due diligence for company real estate matters.
• Provide legal advice on business operations and ensure compliance with Indian and relevant foreign laws.
• Analyse risks and complex issues to provide practical legal solutions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare structured advisories and communications.
• Ensure contracts are closed efficiently while safeguarding company interests.

Eligibility

• Law graduate from a reputed university.
• 3–5 years of experience as an in-house legal counsel or working with a corporate legal team.
• Strong drafting, research, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Outlook).
• In-depth knowledge of relevant Indian laws such as the Contracts Act, IT Act, POSH Act, DPDPA Act, Shops & Establishment Act, Contract Labour Regulation & Abolition Act, and Industrial Disputes Act.
• Experience in IT, digital media, marketing, or advertising industries is an advantage.
• Note: Experience in LPOs or civil/criminal litigation is not relevant for this role.
